If you’re on a Hawaii cruise this is the place to rent very easy pick up and drop off in Maui. The Jeeps are all in very good condition if you have any questions on where to go or do, they are very helpful.

Absolutely phenomenal! The experience was painless and fast – amazing!
Vehicle was fantastic, showroom clean, and waiting for us just outside the terminal. We were in our Jeep abs on the road literally less than 5 minutes after getting our luggage. Add the beach package for sure, which is two beach chairs, two very nice big towels, a beach umbrella, and a cooler all for like $13 a day. Return process was just as fast. It’s not personal, but I’m just saying we didn’t see any humans during this experience which says a lot even tho our guy was really polite and respectful during texts etc! A+!

This company is beyond excellent. I have never been so thrilled with a rental. They upgraded our jeep to a new (only 500 miles on it) jeep with sky one touch. It was just spectacular. We got the beach package so had chairs and towels and it was just so perfect. We were able to drive the entire island of Maui and the jeep had no problems with any obstacle in the road. They make it so completely easy to check in and the car was waiting for us when we got there. Drop off was just as easy and they were available to answer any questions along the way. I loved every minute of it. Thank you so much!!

Great experience! Flew in to Maui and the VERY nice Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL SKY One-Touch Unlimited was freshly detailed, full of gas and waiting for me. The vehicle was in great shape and seemed to be very well taken care of. Most of all it was FUN! No roof and big wheels should be essential for and Maui vacation. Will definitely come back to BEXT for my next rental!

Highly recommend. You may pay more for the rental, but your going to get a better Jeep rental experience. We rented the Willy’s Jeep and was personally delivered a brand new Willy immediately after retrieving our luggage. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. We had a blast with the ease of the one-touch retractable roof. Will rent from them again if we return to Maui.

We come to the island quite a bit and this is a lot more convenient. Having a car waiting for us without having to head over to a counter or ride shuttle was really nice. They also made the return as easy as it gets parking right in front of departures. I will use them again!

BEXT was great to deal with. We rented a Jeep Sport and they upgraded us to a Willys at no extra charge. They dropped off the Jeep in a very convenient location within walking distance of our cruise ship so we didn’t have to get a taxi to their location. Everything was perfect. We received an email and text the morning of our rental to give us instructions on where the jeep was and key location. Smooth operation. We also added the beach package which provided us with a cooler, four towels, four chairs and an umbrella. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Get company to work with on Maui.

Great jeep rental spot. You can find jeeps with the major car rental companies, but this one has the one touch canvas roof that operates like a giant moonroof without any work. This is PERFECT for Maui where the weather can change, especially on the road to Hana and up the crater. They were very easy to work with.

Wonderful time on the road to Hana thanks to BEXT. Dropped the Jeep to me at our resort and I was able to drop it off at the airport when leaving. 5 stars is not enough for this company!! This was by far the easiest vehicle rental ever! We had a one day delay for the rental but that was not a problem. They were happy to accommodate us. The day of the rental I received a text from Gaston with BEXT Premium Jeeps informing us that the Jeep would be delivered to a parking lot near our cruise port. I was able to keep a text conversation with Gaston for every one of our needs. He gave us walking directions and attached a couple of videos on how to access the key fob. We also rented chairs and an ice chest which were inside the Jeep. The Jeep was clean and ready for our excursion. After the excursion, we dropped the vehicle off at the same pickup location, locked it and went back to the ship. Again, communicating by text with Gaston about the dropoff. And we also asked for an extension on the dropff time and they readily accommodated us!

I spoke with a person named Gaston who helped me with my questions, and after talking to him, was the reason I decided to move fwd with renting from BEXT. Overall from start to finish, it was a 5 star experience and will definitely rent from them again in future. Gaston was very responsive to my questions / txtmsgs. You get the exact vehicle rented ( none of this jeep wrangler “or similar” disclaimer like big name car rental companies do ). Jeeps are very well maintained and come nice and shiny/clean. As a bonus, if arriving from cruise ship, you can pickup and drop-off the Jeep right across from the cruise port.

This was the most convenient car rental i have ever done. The jeep was amazing, clean, full of gas, waiting with the keys in the airport parking lot. We got off our plane, got our bags, walked to the jeep and we’re on our way. Same when our vacation was done, we went to the airport, left jeep where we were told to leave it and flew home.

We use their service while visiting off Pride of America. They delivered the Jeep to the closest near by parking lot the morning of our first day. Provided text on the location and how to retrieve the keys. They were very responsive with reply’s when questions arose. Their service is only available in Maui, I wish they would look to expand to the other islands. We had to rent through national chains at the airports for our other stops on the cruise. It was a hassle getting to and from the port to the airport.

I can’t say enough positive things about BEXT Jeep Rental. We originally planned for a normal rental car from the airport for our trip to Maui, but last-minute decided to look into Jeep options. Being only a week before our trip, options were obviously limited. Looking at the BEXT site, I saw a few available Jeeps that weren’t exactly what I wanted, so I submitted an inquiry on the site.
Seeing that it was mid-afternoon Hawaii time and late evening my time, Gaston from BEXT reached out via text. I sent him my requirements and he had creative options in front of me immediately. They had the perfect one-touch convertible Jeep available for every day except our arrival day. He offered to have a standard Jeep at the airport for us and then come all of the way to Kaanapali and swap for the convertible Jeep the next day. This was way above-and-beyond and we had an agreement immediately.
The pickup experience was fantastic. Clear and timely communication via text with images and videos of where to pickup the Jeep and how to get the key. The vehicles were both spotless and amazing Jeeps. The one-touch convertible is the perfect fit for a Road to Hana trip. Very easy and quick to push a button and have the top back on when a random rain storm pops up. The kids thought the Jeep was one of the best part of the trip as we explored all Maui has to offer.
Long story short, if you’re going to Maui and want great customer service, reasonable prices, and amazing vehicles, BEXT is the way to go!
Seeing that it was mid-afternoon Hawaii time and late evening my time, Gaston from BEXT reached out via text. I sent him my requirements and he had creative options in front of me immediately. They had the perfect one-touch convertible Jeep available for every day except our arrival day. He offered to have a standard Jeep at the airport for us and then come all of the way to Kaanapali and swap for the convertible Jeep the next day. This was way above-and-beyond and we had an agreement immediately.
The pickup experience was fantastic. Clear and timely communication via text with images and videos of where to pickup the Jeep and how to get the key. The vehicles were both spotless and amazing Jeeps. The one-touch convertible is the perfect fit for a Road to Hana trip. Very easy and quick to push a button and have the top back on when a random rain storm pops up. The kids thought the Jeep was one of the best part of the trip as we explored all Maui has to offer.
Long story short, if you’re going to Maui and want great customer service, reasonable prices, and amazing vehicles, BEXT is the way to go!

Fantastic service. Pricing is going to be a little more than your typical rental car agency, but after having such an awesome experience, it was worth the cost. Response time to any questions was very quick. The Jeep was a great! Love the opening roof, and it was very quiet for being a Jeep (especially with the soft rooftop). I will definitely be going through BEXT again the next time I am in Maui.

If you want the BEST renting experience, stop your research right now! It’s not the 1st time I’m renting a car, but it’s the first time I have had an experience like this one. BEXT Jeep rental is just the BEST, from the beginning throw the end. You don’t have to wait for your car; you don’t have to find the rental company at the airport; you don’t have to do anything. The car is waiting for you in the Parking. They sent you a text message to share the location of your Jeep, and you’re already on the road.

BEXT provided a very smooth way to rent our jeep. We were met at the airport and given an explanation of how things work, where things are on the jeep, etc. The return process was just as simple. We parked and left it at the airport as we were leaving. No having to wait on a shuttle or stand in a long line to get our rental, so no time was wasted on our trip. Thanks BEXT for providing us with a great experience!

This is the only way to rent a Jeep in Maui! Gaston had it waiting at the airport when we arrived, and the pick up process took all of 15 seconds with a quick walk around and a signature and we were on our way (with no hidden fees or add on insurance charges!!). We ran into an unfortunate situation on our trip where our fuel fill line was cut and fuel syphoned overnight. The Bext team was quick to bring a replacement vehicle to swap it out no questions asked. The units are clean, well maintained, and look good with the 35” boots! Oh, and the drop off process is just as easy as the pick up process (or easier if that’s possible). When we return to Maui, Bext will be my first call for Jeep rental hands down.

BEXT was the best! No time spent waiting at a car rental agency answering questions that you’ve already answered online when you booked the car. It’s the last thing you feel like after a long flight. Willy from BEXT was waiting for us at the airport with our vehicle. He introduced himself, did a handover of the car and was off, on his electric scooter which was folded up in the back of the rental, all in less than five minutes. If we had any questions on the road, we were able to message him and he replied very quickly. The Jeep was reliable and we didn’t have any problems. The return of the car to the airport was just as simple. Why can’t all car rental agencies be like BEXT? Any chance they can expand to other states and countries?

Rented from BEXT while in port during our cruise. It was so easy to pick up and drop off. Unlike renting a car while in the other ports, where I had to take a taxi to get to the airport to pick up my vehicle, BEXT brought the Jeep to me! We also loved the chairs and towels that were provided and of course we enjoyed driving around the Island in our jeep. I highly recommend BEXT.

I mean Gaston has literally ruined the car rental experience for me after renting this Jeep, there will never be another experience as good as we had with BEXT! While color not guaranteed he managed to snag me the Orange Jeep which I was in love with and it was my first time driving a Jeep period. He met us at the airport, extremely easy instructions to find him and he texted as soon as we landed. He loaded our bags for my best friend and I, showed us where important things were located inside Jeep along with how to take top off if we desired. Had two beach chairs and nice quality clean towels in back. Jeep was in excellent condition. When I called the next day to ask a quick question he answered the phone with my name and was pleasant to talk to every time. When we returned the Jeep the instructions were easy and he sent follow ups on the day of. Returned Jeep and texted a pic of location and was so happy we didn’t have to hassle with a regular car rental return and or shuttle/trek. Our Jeep by far was the coolest looking one we saw anywhere on the island during our drives. I am already looking forward to going back to Maui and will definitely rent my Orange Jeep again with BEXT!

Excellent experience with our Bext Jeep Rental. My wife and I booked it as a surprise for the kids and when we arrived, and they saw the Big Sahara Jeep with the retractable roof….the look on their faces was priceless!!!Driving around the island for a week in this jeep was amazing and added to the island experience. Renting a Jeep with BEXT was, by far, the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. The last thing you want to do is wait in another line to fill out paperwork after your plane lands, right? With BEXT, (Gaston and his team) they had the vehicle parked close to the airport exit and ready for us with simple, contact free pick-up instructions. We were on the road within 15 minutes of the plane landing. The Jeep we received was exceptional and so much better looking than most of the standard Jeeps you see cruising the island. Just got back from Maui and had a great experience with BEXT. Gaston Martin and crew did a wonderful job. The jeep pickup when were arrived to the island was super smooth and we had a one on one delivery of the jeep with no lines, paperwork already filled out. It was as simple as getting off the plane and meeting in the parking lot. Loaded the luggage and we were off. Drop off was basically the same process in reverse. No lines, personal services, and high quality vehicle. Having one of BEXT’s jeeps in Maui is definitely the way to go!! Best to Gaston and crew! These guys did a great job,,..,a nice clean truck, great communication coming in a departing, courteous and friendly and personal service. It was great do deal with a local vs. one of the standard rental agencies. Would have loved to have a jeep but they just were not available for this trip. The Dodge Ram was a great substitute…sitting up higher (plants grow tall here) for better views for oncoming traffic in the twisty/turny and narrowed roads and along the shorelines….thank you guys!!!

My husband and I used BEXT while in Maui and we are so glad we did! Being from the Midwest, I was initially skeptical that all the perks mentioned on the website were true since this isn’t a “typical” airport car rental company. The car and service was better than I ever imagined and I wish BEXT existed in every city! We opted for the drop off to/pick up from hotel option which was SO convenient. They communicated ahead of our drop off time which made everything seamless and ensured we were ready. They even included towels and chairs in the trunk which I thought was a really nice touch. If I ever come back to Maui I will definitely be using BEXT for all my car rental needs.

Furthermore, BEXT rental provided daily customer service (you can always reach out with questions and concerns). The vehicle itself was almost brand new with low mileage and had no issues. If you are in Maui, and want to take a trip to Hana and beyond, you DO need a Jeep and BEXT is your best option. Five-star service. Keep it up BEXT!

The beach chairs in the back came in handy. We debated spending a little extra to rent a jeep instead of a regular car, but hands down the right decision to go with the jeep and it really wasn’t much more. Way better service than we would have received going through a bigger car rental place. Will definitely be back!

We had a blast today doing the Road to Hana in one of BEXT’s beautiful Rubicon Jeep’s. Gaston delivered it to our hotel at 8 am; clean, great condition, beach chairs and towels inside. Incredible service and convenience! Gaston delivered the Jeep at the airport and gave us a quick overview of all of its features. We had a Wrangler soft top that was perfect for the Road to Hana and Haleakala! It also included two beach chairs and towels.

We saw plenty of Jeeps during our stay in Hawaii but who wants to experience that gorgeous island with a cover over your head?! Not us! We had the tops and sides off immediately and for the duration of our stay. Lots of power and loved the lifted look. Gaston was very responsive to texts and prompt with meeting us for pick up and drop off. We will definitely rent from BEXT again…worth every dime.

The team at BEXT is just outstanding. Online rental process was super easy and straightforward. They were promptly responsive to a question that came up a few days prior to our arrival. On arrival, a simple text confirmed where they would meet us with the Jeep… they brought the jeep to us, and only a few steps outside baggage claim! Gaston was so friendly and patient; he took the time to walk through the features of the jeep and even provided some extra goodies as part of the Cooler/fridge package. We added the beach chairs and towels the one proved were really high quality. The Jeep itself (a Rubicon) was pristine and fully loaded. It was such a blast to drive around the Island. Our kids loved it! Return was also super convenient, and left us just a few steps from the departure/Check-in area for our airline with absolutely no headaches or hassle. I honestly can NOT think of a more pleasant or easy rental process ever. We had a wonderful vacation made even better by the BEXT rental experience. 10/10 for sure… will absolutely use them the next time we have the opportunity.

Staff was great to deal with! Rented 2 Jeeps, which were clean and VERY nice. Picking up and dropping Jeeps off couldn’t be easier. Will definitely rent from BEXT on my next trip to Maui!

This business and the customer service is great! They actually text me the day before asking if I wanted to receive the Jeep early as they were going to be picking up another jeep from the same property that night. It was nice having personal communication and not dealing with an automated machine! Perhaps a tad pricier than other big brand companies, but worth it to have the jeep dropped off and picked up from your location of choice.

I can’t thank the team enough for all of the wonderful service provided… not to mention a top notch vehicle for our experience on the island. From the moment we landed, Gaston was available to us with an amazing vehicle drop-off and pick-up process. He and his team drop the vehicle off right outside baggage claim and pick it up right as you are about to head into departures. Gaston even provided us a little tutorial of the Jeep to make sure we knew all the tips and tricks for navigating Maui.
The price is going to be a little higher than the bigger rental companies, but it is justifiable for the quality of the vehicle, services provided and convenience created through their attention to detail.
As we were traveling during COVID-19, I was a little hesitant to book without having confidence in a full refund from the company. I reached out, and Gaston assured me that if the island shut down for tourism or one of the members of my party contracted COVID before traveling, he would offer a full refund. Luckily, this did not come into play.
On the island, the vehicle performed beautifully. It got us to every destination we desired. We were able to see the entire island without any worry of the vehicle not being able to handle the terrain.
If you want a great experience on Maui with one of the best fleets of vehicles available, this is the company to go through.

The best Jeep rental on Maui. GASTON is awesome and very helpful. He helped us out when another jeep rental place closed their doors. This jeep got us to places most tourists would never see. Thank you for the memories.

Such a great experience! Amazing customer service, prompt and accommodating. We extended our rental twice and it was effortless. Also, pickup and drop-off were seamless, which I truly appreciate when traveling. No extra time needed to plan for drop-off and no rental counters for pick-up, just meet you straight at the curb. The car itself was super fun and we never had a problem identifying our Jeep in a host of other jeeps on the island. We got asked several times about our unique Jeep, which my kids thought was extra fun.

The absolute best car rental experience, and a gorgeous Jeep Rubicon on top of that (I want one now). The Jeep was delivered to us at the Maui airport, spotless, ready to go. Got a quick orientation then we spent 9 days with it. Returning was just as easy, arranged meeting at Departures at the airport, they helped us with our bags and we were off to home. This is the only way I’ll rent a vehicle in Maui. See you guys next time! Thank you!

Our rental experience was better than we expected! We were fully equipped with chairs, towels, a cooler and snacks, plus an ipad with suggested itineraries. Willy texted with his own suggestions, which was appreciated. airport pickup and drop off were completely efficient and hassle free. We will book again!

Rented from Bext 3 times. By far the best way to rent a Jeep in Maui!!! Dropped our Jeep off at OGG arrivals, picks the Jeep up at OGG departures, doesn’t get any easier than that… Free to drive anywhere on the island, no restrictions!!! I will definitely rent a Jeep every time I’m in Maui…

Arrived on a cruise ship and rented a Jeep so quick and just walked off the boat and got the Jeep so fast. Was great to tour the island in the Jeep Wrangler. Customer service was amazing and I would definitely rent from them again.

We had a great rental experience. We were met out front in the drive, and after going over the features of the Jeep, we were on our way. It was clean and easy to drive. I would rent from BEXT the next time we visit Maui!

We loved our BEXT jeep rental. The jeep was brand new with wireless technology and blue tooth capability. This was very helpful with the drive to Hana so we could listen to our music and use our audio guides. The jeep was a fun bright green color with bigger tires and stood apart from the typical jeep rentals. Also, the service was top notch. The jeep was delivered/picked up from our hotel which made the process easy for us. We will use them again when we come back to Maui. Thank you BEXT!

Being sceptical at first using a lesser know rental company turned out to be the best vacation experience on Maui or anywhere else I have traveled. The BEXT experience allows you to rent a jeep and have access to vacation your way.
We were met straight away at the airport (even with a flight delay). We were walked through the operations of the jeep (four wheel drive, removing the roof, gps, basic vehicle functions, etc…) electronically signed the rental agreement and we were off. Returning the jeep we were met at our terminal and we assisted with our bags and it was that easy.. No lines, no shuttles and best of all no waiting.
